Le CineClub - The Film Society

Big news! Le Cinéclub: The Film Society will no longer be meeting regularly at CinemaSpace because….we are moving to that glorious vintage Montreal movie palace known as The Rialto Theatre! Yes. It’s true. The place is undergoing some modifications but we should be set up for regular screenings before the end of 2010. For a taste of what’s to come, there will be a special collaboration there with the Fantasia Film Festival on Thursday, July 22 at 9:30 p.m. We offer you no less than a screening of Jean Cocteau`s LE SANG D’UN POETE (BLOOD OF A POET) with live music by Steven Severin of legendary alternative music band, Siouxie & The Banshees. Tickets available through the Fantasia box office, Admission outlets or at the door. The Rialto Theatre is located at 5723 ave du Parc corner Bernard.
