First, verify at which venue the screening takes place. -
The VA-114 cinema is located at 1395 René-Lévesque O. on the ground floor of the Fine Arts (VA) building of Concordia University.
The J.A. deSève cinema is located at 1400 de Maisonneuve O. on the ground floor of the JW McConnell (LB) building of Concordia University.
The VA building is a short walk from either the Guy-Concordia (green line) or Lucien-l’Allier (orange line) metro stations.
From Guy-Concordia, take the Guy street exit and head south until René-Lévesque O (one street below Sainte-Catherine). Turn left and walk two blocks east to the corner of Crescent street, that’s where you’ll find 1395 René-Lévesque O. – the VA building!
From Lucien-l’Allier, head north and walk up the hill to René-Lévesque. The VA-Building is located across the street at 1395 René-Lévesque O. (corner Crescent, right across the street from the Brochette.ca restaurant.)
The J.A. deSève cinema is a short walk from either the Guy-Concordia or Lucien-l’Allier metro stations.
From Guy-Concordia, take the Guy exit but remain in the tunnel that leads directly to the LB building. Walk up the stairs to the ground floor. No need to go outside!
From Lucien-l’Allier, walk north 2 short blocks to de Maisonneuve O. then take a left heading east to 1400 de Maisonneuve O.
Free street parking in the area after 6pm on Sundays.
Montreal’s main bike paths lead conveniently to the two screening location buildings and are equipped with bike racks. When they are in service, there are Bixi bicycle stands right in front of each building.
